Sir,

I am using MTS data card /internet. My no. is 9145605608.Sir, on 2nd August, my husband contacted MTS customercare service and Asked about the internet unlimited plans. As per their information we recharged my account with Rs, 799/- for 60 days. But the company has terminaed my services after 30 days (About 1st sept.) After this my husband contacted the MTS customer service center and registered the complait. Their representatives Assure him to resolve my problem. But on 9th and 10 th Sept. they called my husband on his cell no 9822309564 and said that my compaint cannot be accepted as they have 30 days plan. He tried to made it clear that it is not our fault We have recharged the account as per the information provided to my husband by your representatives so it is your fault. You can verify calls and find out the facts as the calls are recorded. Now you are using infair practice and cheatting me.

Sir, but the company is not accepting their fault and refused to add 30 days validity. The MTS has used unfair practice and cheated me. Almost all of their representatives were saying my husband that it was 60 days validity You can get the facts though the calls my husband have made between 1st August till date.

I request you to look into this matter and help me get justice.
