Activation and no response

I had given 1800 Rupees on Saturday 3rd Dec for a data card and till now it is not activated. Your team showed good enthusiasm and energy to collect money but not for activation and when I called the executive with the phone number 9544456576 he did not even pick up after 3 calls. the same person called me 5-6 time to get appointment and collect money. Enthusiasm to collect money is admirable which disappears when required to serve the customer.

Today 6th december I called the numbers of your customer executive, customer care centre and Nodal officer of Kochi. Between 2 PM and 3.20 PM. Each of the number the back ground noise was too much and all your so called customer care officers could not hear my complaint or they did not pick the call.

I just want to close the application get my 1800 back and forget MTS for ever and warn every one to be careful of the service.
