Hi,
MTS data card has been given to me under corporate plan of 499/-for MTS data card & Rs - advance payment for two month unlimited internet so total i have paid Rs 2500/-.
when data card delivered to my place, it was not working. which suppose to work for atleast 24 hrs under their scheme for new user.then they activate fully after 24 hrs.
for that also i need to call them several times.
After calling several time, they activated my data card, it works for two days & again it got disconnected due to document was not submitted by Data card provider.
Now, i have scanned all my required documents to my Data card provider still not thay transfer my docs to MTS office & due to that my intternet activation is delaying.
i have call & SMS so many time to data card provider but they are not responding to my call or SMS.
due to above all delays from my data card provider i am lossing my days of unlimited net. MTS should discontinue their license for providing such service to customer.
