Taken money in advance and then not providing service at all

I took a broad band connection, from airtel, they took INR 500 from me while istallation, promising me that the money would be adjusted in my up coming bills.

The plan included of unlimited interrnet connection and 500local calls free, non of the above mentioned was given to me, after two days of instalation, the telephone line went off and the internet never worked.

I complained to th ecustomer care dialling 121, they gave only false promises and after that, threats.
