Non activation of service

I have taken an MTS postpaid connection since 25th june with full payment. but since 1st august this connection is not working, despite of making 1000s of complaints this is not corrected by the salesman company, and they have also stopped picking our calls. since 3 months i'm suffering and had suffered a huge loss of my tution classes which costs more than 25000Rs.
