Amount Rs.110/- was debited from my account but top up amount has not been credited to my mobile 9440857279 on 17-9

I applied for top up of Rs.110/- to my BSNL through Pay tm by making payment through State Bank ATM Card. Amount of Rs.110/- was debited from my bank account, but amount has not been credited to my mobile.
