Miss representation of data

MTS is not representing actual uses of data in their unlimited plan. customer use only 5 to 8 gb but they said sir your 10 gb are used. when i ask their software is not showing it they answered " it will show only download not streaming" . why company do this, i don't know.

in their chat facility they give only 1 second to respond otherwise they will disconnect you.
