Sir/Mam, I am Jaisingh Deshmukh. I have taken MTS internt broadband connection on12/7/10 no is9145665426 .but it is not woring in my house due to poor connectivity. I Called thecustomer care the
person said the complaint cannot be registered as y have no balene. Do
y mean to say only costumers with balance are your costumers and we
are not. We have bought your modem for Rs 2000 so we are your
costumers your Co policy is very bad and Sir the companies tel no if we call takes 30 minits to respond wasting our telephone bill the servisces in Amravati are very bad and they have shown in their TV advertisment that the servie is very fast whih is false. the balance is over by conactivity only. The Co is trying to loot the Consumer by falsly advertising on TV either the Co should stop the advertisment or shpuld not sell MTS internet conection till it has good service
Sir I had complained to the Co on their e mail [email protected] dated 20.7.10 and 27.7.10 no responce from the Co what should a coustomed do I will not charge my net conection till the Co improves its servie. Which is very bad.
