I recharged MTS blaze for 798 Rs (unlimited with 6 GB cap) on 5th of Oct. For about 10 days it worked. Then I started facing problems since 15th Oct. For some 4-5 days, they gave me some solutions like, change the mode/ restart the computer/ scan for virus and repair/ etc. I actually did so many things but in vain. On 20th I filed a complaint over the phone. It was giving zero sped for 20 days. They promised me that their technician will come and check and solve the issue. Inspite of my repeated calls and complaints, nothing happened. Finally on 4th Nov its validity expired. I have paid them 800 Rs for nothing. Now on 4th Nov, when I requested them for validity extension.since then again it has been 10 days. Since 20th Oct, they are just giving me false promises that they are working on it and they will solve the issue in next 8/24/48/etc. hours.

I have my exams and I am not able to use my unlimited internet for my studies. Also I have lot of work to do. So many times I told them the gravity of the problem. But they are not interested in caring for their customers. They just want to sell their product and forget it.

Incompetent, arrogant, rude and shameless staff.
