I had bought a MTS MBlaze broadband on 24-Mar-10. I have used the services till 04-Apr-10 (From 05-Apr-10 to 15-Apr-10 i was outside station), Coming back (on 16-Apr-10) i found my services are barred due to negative verification. After that I have submitted verification documents 2 times to the retailer and he forwarded my documents to MTS office. But after so many days there is still no response from MTS.
Also during this course time my product validity (i.e. 02-May-10) gets over, now who gonna pay this?
My mind was totally lost that i choose MTS over Reliance/Tata.
Worst customer response i have ever get from any telecomm company.
No experience how to handle customers.
Pl change your response towards your customer, because of us you are in market.
Pl improve you strategy.
