MY DATA CARD VERIFICATION HAS BEEN SIGNED NEGATIVE WITHOUT SENDING A VERIFICATION TO MY HOME. THE USB MODEM HAS ALSO BEEN DEACTIVATED WITHOUT GIVING A PRIOR NOTICE. WHEN THE MODEM OR THE DEVICE COMES WITH A WARRANTY CARD FOR ONE YEAR WITH NO CLAUSE ABOUT BEING DEACTIVATED DUE TO VERIFICATION PROBLEM THE COMPANY COMPLETELY DENIED TO REPLACE THE DEVICE OR REPLACE THE SERVICES WITH ANOTHER NUMBER THROUGH THE SAME DEVICE ON ADDITION TO THE THE STAFF OF MTS HAD A HUMILIATING BEHAVIOR. THE BEHAVIOR WAS RUDE AND ACCORDING TO ME WHEN THEY COULD NOT PROVE THEIR POINT THEY TOLD US EFFORTLESSLY TO COMPLAIN TO THE CONSUMER FORUM. AS IF IT DID NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO THEM. THEY DID NOT CLEAR OUR DOUBTS ABOUT THE CLAUSE EITHER WHICH IS AGAINST THE BASIC RIGHTS OF CONSUME THAT IS RIGHT TO INFORMATION
