Slow internet speed problem

I have many time complaint log in telephonic customer care

person & sent two time mail to customer care & other Sr. person of

MTS (MTS Mblaze).but every time, I feel unsatisfaction from MTS.Please

resolved my problem because I know your pehredar.com resolved consumer

I purchase MTS Mblaze few days ago but I found 2~

70kbps speed during connected time. during purchase time your

representative told me you can achieve speed 3.1mbps during connection

time. I log on two complaints in yours customer care representative.

but till this time no body attended any complaint. please resolved my

problem as soon as. otherwise my trust total loose from MTS.

My –MDN no-8459232683 & My name- Sunir Wan, purchase date-08.12.2011 &

connection start date-11.12.2011. my address- village-mokalwas near

dharmsala, gurgaon (Haryana) area pin code-122413, (1 km distance ago

from jaipur highway)
