Issues with my M-Blaze USB Broadband connection with the MDN : 9141965598

I purchased M-BLAZE on 29th of September from a person named RAVI. He provided me with the device, however the connection is not yet activated even though I have provided all the required documents to him. He collected the money in cash and he never provided me either with a receipt or any kind of acknowledgement. I called him several times to check for the status of the activation and he claims that he had submitted the required documents to the MTS backend team. He then later provided me with a number of person whom he claims to be responsible for activation in the back end team. The mobile number which he provided is 9141008482. I have been in touch with this person for the last 3 days and he wanted my passport copy and a reference number of a permanent resident of Bangalore. I immediately mailed him the scanned copy of the passport and a reference of my colleague who is permanent resident here to the e-mail address [email protected]. He informed me that he would get the connection activated at the earliest by yesterday evening. As there was no response from him or from M.T.S with regard to the activation of my connection, I called up both Ravi and the person responsible for the activation immediately. They are fooling me around stating that they can neither activate my connection nor refund the amount back to me. I have trying to get a specific answer from both of them or anyone of them however they are just taking me for a ride. I have never come across such un-professional attitude ever in my life. I would like to know from you what exactly needs to be done at this point of time either to get my money refunded or get my connection activated at the earliest. I really do not wish to continue with M.T.S anymore because of the extremely un-professional attitude of the officials and the poor service provided.
