Luffing customer by giving wrong information and comittment

Sir,

with reference to subject, i contacted mts data card broadband provider on 26th august and he told me that by giving @ Rs 799/- for 3 month (i.e. Rs 2644/- inc of tax) u'll get unlimited downloading.

he also convinced me that for first 6 GB of data u'll get 3.1 MBPS speed and after that the speed will drop to 512 KBPS.

But from the day one, when internet has started the speed is not coming above 150KBPS. and now when i m trying to contact that representative he is not picking my call.
