Dear Sir,
I ordered Rs. 3224 worth of flowers to be delivered to my friend in Mumbai on Valentine's day through Mumbai Online Florists (www.mumbaionlineflorists.com). They failed to deliver the product and kept giving me false excuses repeatedly on e-mail.
They never receive their phone calls. I am confident this set up is a fraudulent business and they are scamming members of the public not to mention ruining key moments in peoples lives.
They being an online business being used by thousands of people worldwide to send greetings to people in India are an incredibly poor example of the country's service industry and are damaging to our corporate and service sectors image.
Strict, exemplary action needs to be taken againt them and people who have been scammed should be paid damages for fraud, reimbursement of charges and damages for wasting people's time, energy and emotional duress.
Hoping you will take promt action.
regards,
Anuj Kapoo
