Fraud - Money taken but not sending the product

I recently booked an ordered a Car Stereo with FM, MP3, USB, SD Card Support Speakers Tweeters 4GB Kingston Pen Drive Free Car Scratch Remover Pen with naaptol.com on Cash on delievery. They promised that they will deliver the product in 7-10 days however the product came after around 15 days. when product received from the courier services, the product was not at all to satisfactory levels. It was broken, it had sratches, etc. However since we couldnt open the courier at the sot, we had to give the money to the courier person. But later when we realised it is broken, we contacted the naaptol.com customer care. They said that I need to courier back the product to them and they will replace the product. Firstly, as per the courier company, naaptol received the product the next working day after I couriered them however naaptol advised that they recevied it after 4 days. Secondly, on29th mar they said that they will send the replaced product within 7-10 days. However till date I have not received it. When we call them, they just say that you will receive it in 7-10 working daysand when asked about the current status they dont have it. The customer service reps at naaptol are not at all helpful and there is no manager there to speak to. I have no idea how to track the status my product and when will I receive it if at all I will receive it?

Naaptol is a cheater and I would say not only Naaptol, but all marketing players like naaptol will fall in the fraud and the cheat category.

Pls advise, where should I file complain against this fraud?
