Naaptol is a big scam company, they have worst-est service level, and on top of that they sent me damage and recycled products. i bought 2 HTC G1 worth more then Rs14000, and received both of badly damage phones n both bt-headsets ware missing...!! in one word i received incomplete order. there customer service only receives call to make miss commitments. its been more then one and a half month i am suffering from this scam company. they not even sent me any invoice of my purchase and when i asks for it by calling there chargeable customer care no they are there are making all miss commitments. i have many call records of there commitments which never been full filled yet. there are thousands of people suffring by this scam company. Please do something against this company.
i am pitting some face book community URLs through which you got to know how they are cheating people, and and almost stilling our hard earned money.
