I am customer of Ortel broadband my customer Id- 901457. I think i did a mistake by taking ortel connection. Your executive just forgot after sale. when ever i am calling to you call center number 9776091111 always its busy or by chance if they pick the call then they will put you on hold and after 2/3 min automatically got disconnect. In night after 8pm you number got not reachable or switched off or rejected. If your call center works till that time then why you giving advertising that 24*7. Plz change it to 14*7 instead of 24*7. be clear dont cheat to customer. i believe there are lots n lots customer are suffering from this. It will not help you to regain the custome
