I have ordered "Spy Pen 16GB" whose cost was "Rs1749" on 23rd march to the online company "Naaptol.com" have supplied the wrong product instead of the desired product.after that also we have bear all the problem and returned the wrong product with mine cost.
After this problem till date date they have not supplied the required product nor they they have refunded the amount. In these process i have made several call to their customer care and made more expenses. After these problem they only say that "we will give you the money in 6 to 10 working days". This statement has bored me and still i am able to get the required amount.
I am sending the detail of the mail which i got after making the booking of the product.
Please guide me and help me to procure my lost amount and the peace.
