I had purchased a book (the reference is as above) from NBC India online and paid online. They were supposed to have shipped the book within 24 hours. It is already 19 days since I placed the order but till date I have not received the book. This clearly tantamounts to fraud and such organisations should not be allowed to operate. They are defrauding the Citizens of India right under the nose of authorities. I have also come across numerous complaints against the said Merchant in this forum. This indicates that they are habitually committing the fraud. Please take a hard stand.
