I ordered a micromax tablet pc worth Rs.6499 by paying Rs.500 as advance
and rest of the amount was to be paid Cash On Delivery, from ncarry.nimbuzz.com,
a shopping website with the order number 20406-0712 on 6th April and the
date of delivery as promised was 13th of April. when asked about the status
they started giving false statements like it is still in processing or in dispatch,
when i insisted on providing me with a shipping number, they gave me a wrong
airway bill number 4284525943 from ARAMEX courier services shipped on 14th of
April which actually never got registered with aramex till today i.e.
18th of April when confirmed.
Eventually after calling their customer care more than 200 times and confirming
the wrong shipping number from almost all the aramex courier offices in my area
and whole of north region, when i saw nothing happening and no track of my product
from their website as well as their customer care, i requested them to cancel my
order, they took my request and told me i would get a cancelling confirmation
and the refund of the advance Rs.500, which i never did.
i want a refund of my advance and the tablet pc i ordered as compensation of the
harassment, humiliation and disappointment caused to me by calling ncarry and
aramex with the wrong shipping number provided by ncarry and not getting the
product which was a birthday gift for my younger brother whom i promised.
