I have ordered micromax funbook from ncarry.com (a division of nimbuzz.com) vide order no-20409-0445 dt 9-4-12 and money of rs 7299 was debited from my credit card.till date it has not been delivered.
1.they informed on 13th that stocks are not available.it will be despatched on 14th.
2.till 16th it was not despaTCHED.AFTER CONTACTING THEY INFORMED THAT IT IS GETTING DESPATCHED TODAY.
3. ON 18TH, THEY SEND A MAIL WITH AIR WAY BILL NO OF ARAMEX COURIER that it is despatched.
4.on 20th, again mail comes that it has been despatched.
5.goods not recd then called aramex courier.they informed that air way bill no. is wrong.
6. again they informed that goods will be delivered on 23rd. not recd.again called and i was informed that will be recd by 24th.
7.on 24th also not recd, then they are telling that courier is lost.
kindly arrange to get my money back.

i recd call from somebody and he informed that airway bill no will be updated of aramex and goods will be recd by today evening.but it is not recd.
when i called customer care, some avanish is telling me that it has not been despatched till date.
you have forced me to take police or legal action against you.

it seems that you all are bunch of cheats at n carry or nimbuxx.com.
1.i place an order on 9th after confirming availability.order no 20409-0445.money paid through credit card.
2.no body lifts the phone.called on 12th, i was stocks are not available.will come by 14th evening.
3.on 16th, i was told that cbse material not available.only funbook is being sent today.
4.till 18th, no body lifts phone.on site, written all items despatched.your one mail comes with a air way bill no.
5.on cheking with aramex, they inform number is wrong.
6. on 20th one more mail comes from you, despatched with air way bill no.
7. today morning, aramex informed once again that number is wrong and we have not received any such goods.
8.after many attemtps.you office lifts the phone and informs that it is lying with them/courier office.he has no information where it is?
after 12 days, this is the stauts.if by monday.i donot get my goods, i will be forced to put a legal/police action against all of you.
