RELIANCE DOES NOT NFORM ITS CUSTOMERS ON HOW TO GET PERMANENT TERMINATION OF THEIR NET CONNECT SERVICES. EVEN AFTER THE CUSTOMER GIVES WRITTEN REQUEST TO THEIR DEALERS THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE CUSTOMER AND KEEP SENDING THE BILLS ON THE PLEA THAT THE SERVICE IS ON. EVEN IF THE CUSTOMER PAYS THE ENTIRE BILL ON THE DATE OF WRITTEN REQUEST FOR TERMINATION -- RELIANCE DOES NOT GIVE IMPORTANCE AND TRIES TO OVERCHARGE THE CUSTOMERS BY RAISING BILLS. RELIANCE SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO GIVE CLEAR INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS ON HOW TO GET RID OF THEIR SERVICES.
