I have taken a net cruise data card from Vodafone Company. I had asked for a demo to confirm the speed but the representative said that since there is an open offer of 15 days and if the data card is not working, one can return and take a refund. The data card services were started by the company on 04 Jul 12 and on 05 Jul itself I lodged a complaint that the same is not working properly and I need a refund but no response was given by the company. After a week or so I again spoke to the customer care and they confirmed that the complaint is already lodged and that they are working on it. Finally I was told by the company cust care to go to the nearest vodafone store and take a refund from there since the refunds a re looked after by them. On 25 Jul 12, I went to Vodafone store at Mahipalpur, but they could not lodge a complaint saying that the system is not accepting the complaint, however they forwarded a mail to their company people regarding this.. I went to the Vodafone store a Mahipalpur again on 28 Jul 12 but found the status quo is maintained by the company. They just say that they will contact me immediately as and when they receive some information from their higher ups.

My data card No is 8459551036 and complaint No that has been lodged with Vodafone is Jul/105 dt 05 Jul.

May I request to instruct the company to refund me Rs 799/- the cost of data stick as promised by them at the time of sale.
