Net not connecting after hsd data in 10gb unlimited pack

Sir,

I m not able to connect the net with my reliance netconnect data card from 28th July. My netconnect no. Is 9371439174. I recharged with 10gb unlimited pack of 30days validity on 12 july... So its validity expire on 11th august. I spoke to customer care executives 3 to 4 times and they all replied that they r forwarding my no. to the technical team and it will be rectified in next 24 hrs. But 5 days has gone and no solution from them.. I m fed up... They also said that my core account balance is -0.840, so if i recharged a 20 rupees top up, the problem will be solved. I tried dat also, by recharging a 20 rupees top... the net got connected for only half hour and the same problem again appears and my core account balance is going in minus(-0.840)..

I recharged with a 20 rupees top up amount on 29th, 30th, and 31st of July but everytime the net got connected for only half hour and the same problem again appears and my core account balance is going in minus(-0.840)..I don't know what to do? The customer care is not responding positively... Plz help me.
