The following e-mail trail says everything!

…and today is 5th day and the connection is still not activated. No one has called me for verification.

In fact, Initial commitment was activation within 24 hrs in Web world shop.

It seems BSNL support is far more better than reliance … and think of your competitors Airtel and TATA. I personally feel that you cannot achieve their customer support anytime! Really pathetic!

What a pathetic support? Still no has contacted me and no reply on this e-mail.

When I try to call reliance web world from where I purchased this card, no one is picking up. They simply gave me number 080-32535952, but unmanned all time.

I’ll return this card and take a refund if no response in another 30 Mins.

I am still having some hope left before I file this false commitment & pathetic support from reliance to local consumer forum.

I’m really disappointed that the commitment from reliance is not happening...

I bought a reliance net connect broadband yesterday and is still not activated even after 24 hours.

Also no enquiry call has come to me today.

Please expedite the process.. The number is 9341095648.

On top of this, I am unable to connect to any customer care executive, it simply says my number is not activated yet.
