TATA Indicom (Teleservices) has pathetic customer service... no values for corporate customers. It’s more than 7 months now when I am facing billing issue and more than 5 months getting this thing in notice of TATA Indicom (Teleservices) Touch point provided to us (Sanjay Dayal: DGM Sales, Myank Dhiman: Sales, Yukesh Koholi: Services) but my problem is still not resolved and still stood there, and hindering our work in Remote areas where we ahve provieded the Data Cards ; the only thing from their side is the false commitments.
I think it’s our mistake that we trusted TATA Indicom (Teleservices) and their commitments. In future we’ll make sure not to use any service from TATA Indicom (Teleservices) and not to sharer any furthur business with them.
