Heavy bill amount is charged- No reply

On month of jan we got our bill of Rs 49, 000 approx. we are shocked to see such a big amount. And we rushed to airtel outlet for the explaination but no response they ask us to file a complaint we did the same. On 15 feb we filed the complaint and complaint no. is 43077010 but no reply from the Airtel customer care after 3 to 4 call for follow up ther is no response days also passed, we used to get reply that they will call but no one called us for the explaination. So again 5th time we called the customer and they connect to manager in chennai office, Sathom Name- Miss Zulif, Floor manager, Mr. Pradeep, Floormanager we asked them for the explaination but they told to contact the nodal officer Mr. Jayaraj, in Chennai Sathom Airtel office on March 7th But no reply from there end. At last we dont know what to do and filed a concern here.
