I am using BSNL broard band connection from feb month at bangalore. My phone consumer no is 53804508

Tel no is 25445309.Since i have opted for Electronic clearance system, i got discount --ECS discount for

Feb month. But no discount is made for the march month bill of 946.37 (bill no 1940494273)

Pl allow the ECS discount for this bill also.

my ECS registration no is288196 from Vijaynagar computer billing centre.
