Complaint Against ADEXMART.com for order 21952

I am Hemali and i had purchased a pendrive from adexmart.com using a Promo code.

Payment option that i had selected was cash on Delivery. The order was processed and i received a confirmation mail.

Then next day i received a cancellation mail for the order saying that Cash on Delivery will not be possible for this product only Debit/Credit card should be used for this product.

So i tried purchasing the same pendrive using the Visa card and the same Promo code but now the website doesnt allow me to use the same promo code which was a valid promo code and unused as the previous order was cancelled by Adexmart.

I called customer care requesting them to give me my promo code to reuse it as the order was cancelled by them only and it was unused. So it is my right to get my unused promo code back. But customer care person said i cannot get my promo code back even if it was unused.

Please help me get my promo code back to make further purchase through adexmart.
