I had ordered a bouquet on 19th july for delivery on 22nd July at location Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. The details of the order is below. Though the order was not delivered, my credit card has been charged for Rs 375. First of all the orchid n roses let us down by not delivering the stuff and on top of it they have charged me for an undelivered item.
I need refund of Rs 375, in addition i should be compensated monetarily for in convenience caused.
