Cancellation of Broadband Connection

Sir,

Since I have the broadband connection almost two years back, I am facing a lot of problems i.e 1.Slow speed 2.Site not open etc. My landline No is 27046469.

As I have purchased a wire less conection from Tata poton, you therefore are requested to cancell my MTNL Broadband connection immediatly & refund my security amount.
