Unable to change profile photo

Hello sir/madam

I am trying to change my profile photo, but i am not able to change the photo. In older version it is giving a message as "Please wait while we are opening the image for cropping", but it is not opening. I used newer version to change the photo. so that i changed but it is not viewable in my friends profile. my profile is blank without photo in my friends profile list.so please do the need to change the photo
