There are two problem came while using orkut

I am unable 2 send a frnds Requst 2 any one its shown " You''re not allowed to take this action temporarily "

second when ever i copy and paste any photo or any other scrab from website, it show only link code in friends scrabbook. Why?

Please help me out of this Problem
