Non-receipt of pay-out

I invested money in that MLM Co.in their new investment plan of sms, mms services. The co.assured to pay daily dividend @Rs.25/-per for every investment

of Rs.-.The co.also committed to transfer accumulated dividend to the bank

A/C of the investor after receiving withdrawal advise from the investor. First time I

got my dividend within five days from sending withdrawal request. But second time I send my withdrawal request on 2nd. Februry. But till date the Co.has

not made any bank transfer. The co. even did not bother to send any information

in this regard. I mailed them atleast thrice, but got no reply. What should I do now?

May I get my money back?
