Parveen travels
Transaction failed amount not credited

I have tried to book ticket through parveentravels.com on 08/02 by net banking. The amount 380 Rs debited from my account but the ticket not boked. The transaction got failed.

I have cntact Parveen travel customer care more than 50 times but no response as of now. Culd you please help on this?
