Mobile Bills and customer satisfaction

This is to inform you that i had purchased two sim cards of aircel on 26th july . the numbers are 9768143752 and 9768142752 . my sim was activated on the next day. and in the same week i had called in the customer care to activate my gprs services of unlimited as i use a lot of internet on my phone. The team leader informed me that my servies would be activated in two hours. after a month when i called up asking for my amount of bill the executive told me that the amount is 591/- i was shocked as i had not used much.i asked him about my services which were active. he informed me saying that my service of internet is not active and i have been charged a lot of amount here. i told him to transfer the call to the manager. he transferred the call to an idiot named (JOY). this idiot told me he is a team leader and the supervisor. We had a conversation for an hour and then he informed me that he would be calling me back the next day to give me a solution.i did not recieve any calls from him and again dialled up the customer care number saying wanted to talk to a manager after an argument of around 20 mins the lady transferred the call to another idiot who said her name is (Sneha) the floor manager .again after all the discussion for an she again informed me that would be going ahead and calling me back tomorrow after getting the updates from the backhend department.i had to agree . she informed me would be calling at 2pm the next day . i did not recive any calls again so called up again at around 7 30 pm . and also to my suprise they had barred ma services even after informing them taht would only pay the bill when they give me a confirmation about the escalation which is going on. she had promised me that it wouldnt get barred. as it was barred so called up again and got both the idiots (JOY) and (SNEHA) first had a word with (JOY) then he transferred the call to manager who was (SNEHA). they acivated my line but when asked about why they didnt call mne back they had given me a very good answer, they told me i am very sorry sir i forgot . anywhich ways i had paid ma bill the next day that is the amount of 500/-. i went to the galley to make a payment of 500/- and also informed him about the issue . he said dont worry sir would forward the complaint.i asked him for the unbilled amount he told me that the unbilled amount is 470/- so i calculated and the amount was 470/- 91/- comes to 550/- something . the next day again the line was barred . i called up customer care and asked them why was my card barred again . he said that my unbilled amount was 1078/- . i was shocked statinf that in a day who can make a calls worth 500/-. this is wat this aircell compnay has been doing . and thet other card i have never used it still that is barred.

Give me a solution or i am not gonna pay the bill.
