Unsuccessfull Transaction

Dear Sir,

I have recharged my reliance net-connect - no 7483184429, which is not successful. But the amount of rs 350/- Debited from my HDFC account no 12321050076384.

I did the transaction through net banking. My transaction number is 903085049.

Please get me solution as soon as possible. Please do refund or recharge my number at the earliest.
