Hello;

i was problem in mts mbrowse while at the time of recharge for using browsing, eariler tw0 weeks back i recharged for Rs.799 unlimited net for 2 months through online transaction. that time is successfully paid the amount through online but i'm not getting net access in mts modem, i also checked balance its showing Rs.o only

please provide some assistance to resolve.
