Failed to recharge my no but balance cut of from bank

Hi,

I have recharged rs 180 to my vodafone no.8095809615 through internet banking using paytm site and I get no confirmation massage from paytm site that my account has been recharged, my balance cut off from my account but my account does not recharge

I would be glad if CC fofum takes some action against Paytm
