I have tried to recharge my airtel dth from paytm for rs 250 and for that purpose I used my pnb debit card and paid the amount as 250rs was debited from my bank account but paytm gateway showed payment failure hence recharge failed, and since they do not have any customer care number I am not able to contact them though I have sent them mail. But according to their claim that payment will be settled in 2 hrs I still have not got any mail
and i wonder why they do not have any customer care number.its really harassing.
