I paid them cash to recharge my mobile phone, instantly after paying them they said me they have failed to recharge my mobile phone. And my money is converted in their sites points which I can use later to recharge.
Immediately I went to their site to recharge my mobile thought their points (paytm cash) which they allotted me.
When I proceeded to payment gateway their site showed me an error page. And then I saw that my points were even deducted from my account and I lost my payment without getting any recharge either of the times.
I also found company doesn't seem to have any contact number so that they could be contacted and just have a mail address which reply though the automated reply system.
