I wish to bring to your kind notice about the Poor Service by the BSNL Boduppal Branch, Hyderabad Staff. They do not bother about the customers, they are so careless in giving replies. First of all they do not know manners how to talk to the customer. Irony is that the BSNL has Customer Care Centre but do they actually try to find the Customers problems.

Let me give my details. I am the BSNL Customer and got the Landline Connection in the month of August with Telephone No.040-27206390 with Internet Broad Band Connection with unlimited plan Rs750/-. From August 09 till January bills were not generated and finally after going round their offices at Habsiguda, Hyderabad, I have been informed to pay Rs 2733/- on or before 10-2.

I went to the Boduppal Branch of BSNL and asked the Counter Clerk (Name not known) whether I can pay by cheque. He said Yes. When I gave the cheque, he told me that the system is not accepting and rejected my cheque. The reason that was given to me was not at all satisfactory. In such a case, he should have consulted their higher ups and resolved the issue. One official, his name is Govindu, JTO working in Boduppal Branch, who was sitting next to him interfered and told me to get certain details from the Bank for validating the cheque but refused to write it on a piece of paper (exact information that is required) and he went on to say that they do not have staff to write all this. Is this the way BSNL gives the service to the customers, Is this the way BSNL customers are treated. This fellow Govind, JTO never gave proper reply to any kind of problem that arose in the past and this time also same thing happened. He (Govindu) JTO interfered unnecessarily and told something that was ridiculous to hear such nasty replies from BSNL official.

Every Organisation has slogan that they will serve the customers very well. But BSNL particularly Boduppal Branch is unable to give satisfactory replies and it is useless and hopeless branch and all the officials are required to be transferred to far off places and the best thing would be to close down Boduppal Branch of BSNL. Customer Care at BSNL Branch Boduppal is hopelessly Bad and Worst.
