Not get pf after passing more then one year

my self Muskin vali. i was the employee of planman consultancy deputed to tikona digital networks as a sales executive. i left that job in 10/05 but still i am not getting my provident fund. i have sent so many mail for the same but there was no responce.

my emp id is 41478, my pf account no. is DL-30415-30858. my dob is 02-04-1986
