when i received and open before mother only receipt item was: a vacant box nothing else. when asked for same there was refusal and when send a snap shot of what i received they are asking for
FIR. just let me know why should i raise FIR when this is a fidelity flaw from shopper as they didnt sent. when requested they told why was it open.
now the thing is neither i got the item, mental trauma since it was a ashame that a vacant box was gifted before all and lots of callto mumbai instead no suppory rather they are saying its my flaw.
