Over a month back, I moved from Bangalore to Faridabad, Haryana. Three weeks ago (Sep 26),
I requested Airtel to transfer my broadband connection to my new address. Soon after (29th), a guy came,
collected all relevant docs. Next day (30th), another person came and after some inspection, said they
can't give me a connection there. I called Airtel back about what to do now. I told them to close
my connection altogether (as I didn't want to keep paying for nothing). The executive on phone
convinced me after long discussion to give them a two weeks deadline extension till 13th oct. Now,
on 13th (after repeatedly calling them to respond) they visited me, put the wires upto my new address,
and told me it'd be on tomorrow (14th) when their engineer would visit. It's been two days, no news yet,
and on calling Airtel, they told me to submit all the docs and pay up whatever charges are involved with a
new connection. The thing to note is I never asked for a new connection, but they're pushing it on me. Also,
had I not given them the docs earlier, how come they visited me and put all the cables in?
