On Oct 1 I ordered a wireless keyboard from this company….did not receive order until Oct 30 …the original had been opened and when I tried to use the merchandise the letter (o) on the keyboard did not work…..when I tried to contact customer service…it referred me back to a web page…asking about information I knew nothing about…also asking to take photos of the product as well as repackaging the product, ..ship it back to Hong Kong…All at my expense for a replacement…Im looking at another possible 60 days round trip….not worth it….Ive learned my lesson shop in the USA if a product has a defect there is always customer service And in (5) business days youre back in business…
