No Status on Delivery or Email Response

Placed an order on last week, and after paying, it said it should take about 2-7 days to process and ship out the goods depending on whether they had all the items in stock (should they not let you know if something is out of stock??? that is common sense, in my opinion, for good customer service). The only communication I have received from them after TWO DAYS was that it is now processing. It takes two days to process an order?!!?! This package was intended for a gift. I have emailed them twice already and always the automated response. If you know your customer/client is trying to contact you, you would think that you would make an effort to address their concerns. I have even tried to call their "number" which they prefer you not to call but if you are so 'inclined', please call this number that is ALWAYS BUSY. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL LET PEOPLE KNOW HOW AWFUL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AND NEVER TO PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
