Timatara are cheaters/fraud

Dear Team

This is regarding order number #10315066, i made purchased in August. since 3 month people said product will be delivered within next 2-3 - 5 days.

Now status changed to payment refund pending since last one month and no refund is taking place,

Timtara offers horrible customer service with hours of waiting to talk to second line executive, and they provide just verbal assurances without any concrete information.

I will advise all not to buy product from such a bogus online shopping service website. there are better options

don't go with them, i called them up 100 of times, no apologies, 3rd class service. Bogus fraud cheaters. These people dont keep there words.
