Wrong bill with penalty.. and got legal call in very bad way..not even refunding security deposit

Hi

I was asked to pay my bill in March after few complaints of bad service and on payment I was confirmed that my connection will be disconnected. but that has not happened. i was getting intermittent services for about 30 mins or 1 hr in a day or two... and I complained for that but no one bothered to resolve the complaint and finally I have got a call threatening legal proceedings.

I was initially asked not to pay any further amount then after a couple of days I have been asked to pay 2100 then 1850... This is the amount which as per the system of Tikona digital for the period when I made complaints for irregular and disruptive services.

On asking how can I get my initial security deposit against which device was provided to me (Rs 1500) I have been told that no money will be refunded as it is non-refundable. I was confirmed when connection was taken that it is refundable. They do not have any call records for my requests also and are forcing to pay the illegitimate outstanding bill.

It is not only frustating but is also causing a lot of anxiety. On requesting any Manager to meet in my city (Kolkata) it has been denied.

Horrible service and then Threatening like Goondas.

Don't know is it wat the culture of Tikona is.
